RETAIL STORE QUESTIONS
Do you offer curbside pickup? Yes. All of our locations are offering curbside pickup on orders. Just call your local store to place the order, they will collect payment over the phone and give you a pickup timeframe. Most locations are also offering limited in-store shopping as well. Which locations can I pick up art supplies from? All of our art departments are currently open. However, our Colorado Blvd art department is offering curbside pickup only. (in-store shopping avaiable for other departments)
Can I place a house paint order online? Currently, the fastest way to order paint (excluding 2oz samples) is to contact your local store directly. However, you may also contact us HERE and let us know which location you’d like to pick up from and as much information on which product you’d like, quantity, size, sheen, and color. Click here to learn about different paint options.
Can you ship house paint to me? At this time, we are only able to ship 2oz paint samples or 4oz Century paint samples, all other sizes must be picked up at one of our locations. Art department paints are eligible for shipping.
Can someone help me narrow down colors? Yes. We have several Design Consultants available to help you with color questions over the phone. Click here to complete a quick form and we’ll have one of them contact you within 1 business day.
Are you currently doing in-home Hunter Douglas consultations and installs? No. Due to safety concerns, we have temporarily suspended in-home consults and installations. However, a member of our Design team would be happy to speak with you if you’d like to learn more about products, get tentative pricing, etc. Please call your local store to speak to a Designer or click here to let us know you’d like to speak with someone and we will route your request to your local store. Please specify which location you are nearest to.
Are your stores currently doing color matches? Yes. All locations are currently offering color matching services, however, wait times may be longer due to limited staffing. Please call ahead to your local store to confirm a timeframe for completing your match prior to arriving at the store.
Am I able to return items? Not at this time. We have temporarily suspended all returns, but have extended our return timeframe by at least 30 days (will increase proportionately with the current restrictions on businesses being open.) Items must be in sellable condition and include the original receipt to be eligible for returns once we are accepting them again.
WEB ORDER QUESTIONS
-How long will my order take to ship? We are working as fast as we can to meet the demand of our online ordering right now. Due to the sharp increase in volume, our shipping timeframe may be increased 3-5 days - though we are working diligently to ship out much faster! You will receive a tracking number for your order once it ships. Please note, to give our staff adequate time to rest and spend time with their families, our shipping department is closed on the weekends.
Can I pay for my online order with a gift card? Yes. If you would like to pay with a gift card, please create your shopping cart and add all items you wish to purchase to it. Once ready to complete your order, please contact our web team at 720-360-4840 and let them know you’d like to pay for your online order with a gift card. They will complete the transaction for you over the phone. (please note, due to overwhelming call volume, we ask that you only call our web team to complete a gift card purchase. All other inquiries should be completed using this form)
How do I contact you about my order? If you have already placed an order and need to contact us about it, click here and complete the form. We will contact you within one business day.
Can I order online and pick up my order in-store? We do not have an automated process for this at this time. However, if you contact your local store they can take your order over the phone and in most cases can fulfill your order within 1 business day provided all items are in stock. Art department stock levels vary by location, paint department items are available at all locations in most cases.
