GUIRY'S RETURN POLICY

Guiry's Color Source Website wants you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that you have purchased. If you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to return the item(s) within 30 days. Items must be in unopened, resellable condition (original packaging, instructions, and all parts). If your order is lost or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department either by email at store@guirys.com or call 1-720-360-4840 ext. 0511 (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mountain time). Refunds will be made via the original purchase method. Return shipping fees on problem orders must be approved prior to returning the items, or otherwise cannot be refunded. If you are sending an order back please make sure your original order number is provided for the items that are being returned.

The following items may not be returned: gift cards, custom or special orders, cut artboards, cut canvas, fabric, trims, Pantone color guides, tinted house paints, or paint samples.

Products purchased in our retail stores* must be returned to retail stores.
