Design Consultant Patti

Based in Boulder and serving clients within a couple of hours’ travel, Patti Yakel is a self-taught designer with a natural eye for color and aesthetic appeal. With a background in Business Management, she combines creativity with practicality, ensuring projects are both beautiful and thoughtfully executed.

Patti has a gift for guiding clients through interior and exterior paint selections, wallpaper, fabrics, and more. She loves helping people create spaces that feel personal and inviting, and she’s known for her attention to detail, listening skills, and tenacity working with clients until every project is complete and thoroughly satisfying. For Patti, there’s no single “right” answer in design only the one that best fits a client’s vision and lifestyle.

Outside of design, Patti enjoys spending time with her grown daughters and her dog, Elway, as well as kickboxing, reading, shopping, and relaxing with friends over a glass of wine. Inspired by the ocean, sunsets, and meaningful connections, she lives by the words: “Dance like there's nobody watching. Love like you'll never be hurt. Sing like there's nobody listening. And live like it's heaven on earth.”
