STANDARD GROUND

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm MST through Sunday, or holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Guiry's is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once dispatched from our Denver warehouse. 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order was damaged or incorrect upon delivery, save all packaging materials and damaged goods and send an email to store@guirys.com with more details. We will replace or refund your order when our internal investigation is complete. Allow up to 14 days for the investigation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Guiry's will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
